The retailer has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
360 Bed Bath and Beyond stores and 120 BuyBuyBaby locations will remain open for now, but all will eventually close.
All sales are final. Coupons and discounts will be honored through this Wednesday (April 26th), and gift cards will be valid until May 8th.
Nearly 30,000 people will face losing their jobs.
