The Pokémon Card Company has some bad news for gamers in Japan – they are all out of cards. Ever since the company dropped a new expansion pack on April 14th, collectors have been snapping up packs in droves in the hopes of scoring coveted rare cards like Pokédfluencer Iono.
The company has acknowledged the SNAFU by posting a statement on the official Japanese website to apologize for the inconvenience. Translated into English, it says, “We will continue to do our best so that everyone can enjoy the Pokémon card game. Thank you for your understanding.” Double-unfortunately for Pokémon collectors, it’s unclear when the cards will be back in stock.
