Our pet of the week this week is Taylor!
Taylor is a long time resident here at Guilford County Animal Services that arrived as a stray on 12/01/21. She is a gorgeous 8 year old Pit Bull mix that is a COMPLETE cuddle bug. She loves people and attention. She has a mass on her left elbow that will be removed during her spay surgery. She is heartworm positive and has completed her doxycline portion of her treatment. She has interacted with several dogs while here at the shelter and has done well with them. She has a wonderful laid back personality and is always on her best behavior both here at the shelter and out at events. Taylor is very treat motivated and loves to learn new things, proving you can tech older dogs new tricks! She has learned how to sit while here. If you're looking for a laid back dog who wants ALL the cuddles and scratches, look no further! Miss Taylor is your girl!

Tuesday – CLOSED
Wednesday through Friday 1pm to 3:30pm no appointment needed registration required.
Saturday and Sunday by appointment only for adoptions.
We are open by appointment only owner surrenders.
You do not need an appointment to reclaim a lost pet, surrender a stray pet, or to drop off donations.
