Fitz & The Tantrums Announce Socially Distanced Show At Red Rocks

Fitz & The Tantrums are playing a show at Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre this week — and they'll be performing in front of an actual (socially distanced) crowd! On Monday (September 21), the band announced that an "extremely limited" number of in-person tickets will be available; however, fans will also be able to tune in through a pay-per-view livestream via nugs.tv. The show is set to go down on Friday (September 25) at 7pm CST. Tickets for the livestream are available now, and in-person tickets go on sale Tuesday (September 22) at 10am. Aside from the exciting concert news, the band's singer Noelle Scaggs also revealed an initiative she's been working on for months called Diversify the stage.

"I am so thrilled to finally announce what I have been working on these past few months. Diversify The Stage @diversifythestage is an initiative focused on building a culture of accountability to establish more inclusive hiring practices and greater access to equitable opportunities in live music, events and touring industries," she wrote on Instagram. "We seek to emphasize inclusion for Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color (BIPOC); Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ); Female-Identifying, and Gender Nonconforming individuals across all stages."
