Greensboro Coliseum to host FOX8/Old Dominion Freight Line Holiday Concert on Saturday
Four-time U.S. Champion Figure Skater Jeremy Abbott to perform
The FOX8/Old Dominion Freight Line Triad Holiday Concert returns to Greensboro Coliseum on Saturday, December 21 at 7:30 p.m. Doors are scheduled to open at 6 p.m. Admission and parking are free with a donation of a non-perishable food item for the Salvation Army.
An array of seasonal music will be provided by the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra and the event will feature a special appearance by figure skater Jeremy Abbott, four-time U.S. Champion and U.S. Olympic Team Bronze Medalist.
Abbott will take the ice for a special performance on behalf of the local organizing committee for the 2020 Toyota U.S. Figure Skating Championships. The U.S. Figure Skating Championships return to the Greensboro Coliseum January 21-26 and tickets are on sale now.
The Triad Holiday Food Drive, sponsored by FOX8 and Old Dominion Freight Line, provides The Salvation Army with food to help feed local families in need. More than 9 million cans of food have been collected since 1987. Please visit FOX8’s website for additional information.
