HIGH POINT —High Point University has bought another shopping center.
The university said Monday that it paid $11 million for the College Village Shopping Center at 1107 E. Lexington Ave.
HPU said it had no immediate plans to make changes at the shopping center except for some minor renovations to improve safety and cleanliness, according to a news release.
