Greensboro Man Going 100 MPH On Motorcycle Dies After Crashing: Police

A Greensboro man died in a motorcycle crash Sunday morning after police say he was going around 100 miles per hour while trying to evade a High Point officer.

The officer reportedly clocked a man on a 2012 Kawasaki ZX1400E motorcycle going 66 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on West Wendover Ave. around 2:30 a.m. The man sped up when the officer tried to pull him over. At that point, the officer stopped the pursuit, the report states.
