Paris Hilton & Chris Zylka Break Up, Call Off Engagement

Even though it's the week of Thanksgiving, Paris Hilton and fiancé Chris Zylka will likely not be spending it together as the couple is no more, as per TMZ.

On Monday afternoon (November 18), the celebrity gossip outlet reported that Hilton called off the engagement several weeks ago. In case you don't remember, the pair became engaged at the top of the year during a trip to Aspen after dating for nearly two years. Us Weekly reported that they first met at an Oscars afterparty in the early aughts, but they did not start a romance until years later. Sources close to the situation revealed to TMZ that the heiress simply realized that Zylka wasn't the one and that things had moved too fast for them. However, there's no bad blood, at least on Hilton's side of things. She hopes that they can remain friends after all is said and done.

Just two weeks ago, Hilton was spotted at LAX  rocking her $2 million dollar engagement ring, so it only leads folks to wonder whether or not the encounter was a cover-up or if the breakup occurred in recent days. Nonetheless, the pair announced in August that they had pushed back their wedding date to accommodate for their busy work schedules. Zylka serves as Hilton's third engagement after her engagement to Paris Latsis in 2005 and Jason Shaw in 2002.
