LEXINGTON, N.C.-- A 13-year-old girl is safe after telling authorities in Davidson County she was given illegal drugs and driven, at different times, to a location to have sex with a man.
The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office started their investigation, on August 15, after being contacted by Dragonfly House Child Advocacy Center. A teen their reportedly told adults that on several occasions she was taken to Lexington, given illegal drugs and had sexual encounters with Angel Andaverde.
