Video: Part of N.C. 12 in Duck swamped by nonstop downpours

The heavy rains of the last several days, coupled with wind-blown tides keeping water levels higher than normal in the Currituck Sound, is causing several pockets of ponding water south of Duck village and in Sanderling.
