Two people have died after a landslide caused a home to collapse in Boone on Wednesday evening, according to Boone Police.
Multiple agencies responded to the home on Pine Ridge Drive in the Heavenly Mountain Community around 5 p.m. According to a news release, police say the landslide caused catastrophic destruction of the home from a gas leak. Click here for more details from News 2
