Police say they found Curtis Lee McCollum lying in the road outside his Classic Cab taxi in the 700 block of Barbara Jane Ave. around 10:12 p.m. McCollum, 48, appeared to have several gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Emergency personnel.
