A cell phone that had been run over and wrapped in a plastic bag caused a car to catch on fire.The owner accidentally ran over the phone then wrapped the phone in plastic. The phone was then placed in the trunk of the car. Firefighters say the damaged battery shorted and the plastic caught fire. Click here for the story on the News 2 Website
