I got the tweet about Phillip Seymore Hoffman's passing yesterday and was just stunned.

I knew Phillip had struggled with addiction for years, but thought after a stint in rehab last year, he had a handle on it. Hoffman was such a talented actor and I LOVED him from the first time I saw him in Twister to just recently in Catching Fire.
Here is what other stars have had to say about his passing:

Tom Hanks: "This is a horible day for those who worked with Philip. He was a giant talent. Our hearts are open for his family''

George Clooney: "There are no words. It's just terrible"
