Shannon is a 2 year old Boxer mix. It is hard to pickup in photos … but she has a beautiful dilute brown brindle coat. Shannon is one of the shelter’s longest serving residents, she has been at the shelter 77 days … today! Shannon is a playful and affectionate dog. She is very active and would do really well with a family that is looking for an active companion. We know she will make a good couch buddy too, but this dog loves to play! Shannon is Heartworm positive which is a treatable condition and can not be directly passed on to other animals or humans. Shannon weighs in at 50 pounds of total love bug. She is a nice medium sized dog and will make an excellent addition to the right family. In the shelter environment, Shannon has been dog selective so the shelter thinks she may do best in a home with no other dogs.
