WINSTON-SALEM, NC (WFMY) - A car was captured upside down after appearing to collide with a SunTrust Bank sign in Winston-Salem Wednesday morning.
Winston-Salem police tweeted out a picture of car and the sign damage with the caption reading "Platoon 3 midnight shift officers remind you not to text and drive! Now that's some information you can take to the bank."
